Hello, beautiful soul — I’m Kristina, the heart and hands behind Luna Ray. I’m an energy worker, breathwork facilitator, friend, wife, and lover of life who believes that when we create space within ourselves to feel, release, and return home to our truth, we support not only our healing, but the evolution of our soul.

Today, I weave together sacred practices in Reiki, breathwork, wellness, and intentional living to help others craft internal environments that reflect the whispers of their spirit — serene, soulful, and aligned with their highest essence.

My path has been a journey through shadow and light — marked by release, remembrance, and rising. Through courageous choices and deep inner work, I’ve unraveled layers of doubt and fear to reveal a more vibrant, authentic version of myself.
