A one-hour Reiki session in the comfort of your own home. Reiki gently guides the body, mind, and spirit into deep relaxation, encouraging energy to flow more freely. This creates space for the body’s natural healing responses—relieving pain, releasing blockages, easing emotional stress, and restoring a sense of balance and calm.

Preparation

For in-home Reiki sessions, please ensure there is enough space for me to set up my massage table. If you’d prefer, we can also work with you seated in your favorite chair—whatever feels most comfortable. I invite you to enter the session with an open heart and the intention of relaxation and healing.

The Process

There will be a massage therapy table for you to rest on. You will be fully clothed and positioned comfortably with a bolster under your knees and blankets/sheets for added comfort. Gentle soundscapes will weave through the space, inviting stillness and peace. This setting is created as a sanctuary—guiding you into deeper states of awareness, receptivity, and connection with the flow of energy.

Aftercare

The flow of energy continues within you even after the session has ended. Staying well-hydrated will support this process and help the energies integrate. It’s natural to feel tired, restless, or experience subtle shifts—simply allow yourself to rest and trust the movement of energy as it works through you.

Holy Fire III Reiki - Pets - $45

The session can last anywhere between 15/30 minutes depending on the dog (on rare occasions they can be over 1 hour).  Appointments are in 45min increments to allow time for initial consultation and allowing your pet time to settle.  If you have multiple pets that would like treatment, it is recommended to book two sessions back to back as animals in shared spaces tend to work off of each other.

REIKI energy healing is as beneficial to animals as it is to people.


Like humans, dogs have seven main energy points, ‘Chakras’, all of which, if they become blocked, can cause various physical and emotional issues.


All dog treatments are carried out in the animal’s home, as it is a secure and relaxed environment for them. There is an initial in depth consultation, which will involve discussing you as an owner and your relationship with your dog. Your dog doesn’t need to be restrained in any way to have treatment. It’s best to let them do their own thing and receive the healing where they are most comfortable.


I travel anywhere within the 485 loop in Charlotte.  If you live outside of this or would like to inquire about virtual sessions please contact me directly.
